Money Matters

Did you know that states around the U.S. are requiring school systems offer financial literacy curriculum? Our team at First Federal Savings believes that this is a fundamentally key step in personal development and unfortunately has been a gap in preparing people in managing their finances.

Because of the importance of this educational exposure in our communities, for the last three years we have sponsored software and materials for teachers at high schools throughout the Midcoast region to adopt in their classes and get students thinking about these important topics. In addition, we have expanded our efforts by adding this online library of financial literacy resources for all ages.
