Hours of operation are changing:
8 am – 2 pm MON – FRI * SAT 9 am – 12 pm
This will allow our staff to stagger work hours to practice better social distancing.
Although we’ve temporarily closed our lobbies, we will continue to be available at our drive-up locations.

- Check your Balances, View Statements, Find Locations & ATMs
- Transfers- Move Money between your First Federal Savings Accounts
- Make your First Federal Savings Loan Payment
Maine Cash Access ATMS: As a First Federal customer you can use any of the 200 member ATMs across the state of Maine for cash transactions surcharge free. The Maine Cash Access website also gives you the option to enter your zip code and find member ATMs near you. This information is also accessible through your First Federal mobile app under More, then Locations.

Effective Friday, March 20th, our lobby on Front Street in Bath will be closed until further notice. HOWEVER, we do have a Walk-up Window located on Front Street!
The health and safety of our customers, employees and community is our highest priority. We are committed to doing what we can to help minimize the potential spread of COVID-19. This includes implementing measures to adhere to the CDC’s guidelines of “social distancing”.
Although the lobby is closed all services are still available. We ask that you please call in advance to make an appointment at 207-442-8711.
The following will be handled by appointment only:
- Business Deposits or Coin Orders that cannot be done via the drive-up
- Loan Meeting/Closing,
- New Account
- Safe Deposit Box access, etc.

Drive-ups will remain open at all locations for day-to-day banking needs. We are moving to appointment only for some of our operations. This includes: Business deposits that cannot be done virtually, through night drop or drive-up, coin orders, loan discussions, new accounts, safe deposit access. If you have a questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please call your local branch for guidance.
Our Main Office branch in Bath does not have a drive-up and, for the time being, the lobby will remain open for normal operations. We strongly encourage you to remember the digital options we have available. If you can do your First Federal Savings business by phone, mobile application, night drop, or ATM, please exercise these options for the welfare of yourself, our employees and the community at large.

Online Banking: After quick and easy online registration, you have the option to do the following and more:
- Remote Deposit Capture – Deposit you checks from your mobile device
- Online Bill Pay – Make your bill payments from your mobile device
- Check your balances and other important account information
- Transfer between accounts at First Federal
- Make loan payments to First Federal

Drive-up: Another option for those finding comfort in limiting their social interactions is our drive-up windows located at four of our branches including Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Wiscasset and the Congress Avenue branch in Bath.
