Banking requires the use of personal information, (i.e. social security number) but you should never release this information over the phone, via text, or email, even if it seems like the person contacting you is from the bank.

We will never call you and ask you to give out the following information:

Social Security number
Date of Birth
Debit Card number or PIN or CVV2 Code from the back of your card
Online Banking Username and/or Password
Verification code
Account Number
